Terms and Conditions

 

Punctuality and Courtesy

  Arriving late may interfere with your treatment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon.

· Cancellations

  Customers are able to modify/cancel appointments from their profile however if you need any assist contact the salon at 02920190232.

24 Hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or any changes to the appointment, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation/ late change and not showing up.

· Guarantee

 Our nail salon offers a one week guarantee policy for our nail services and it is for damaged nails. Please note our guarantee covers only the service you have received. The guarantee ONLY covers the repair or redoing of the damaged nails. 

NOTE; We do not offer any kind of money refund. 

If the customer returns fix damaged nails and requests a polish colour change, there is an additional fee, however, NO extra fee for same polish colour. 

· Gift Vouchers

 Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date and they are non-refundable.

You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. 

Late cancellation and “failure to show up” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against aesthetic treatments.

· Smoking

  Smoking is prohibited in the salon. Please note that it is illegal to smoke with any kind of cigarette (including e-cigarettes) anywhere in the Salon.

· Privacy

Rest assured that your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations and we abide by the principles of UK data protection legislation and GDPR policy.

· Medical Conditions

  Please inform your therapist of any medical condition and allergies, including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you

· Hygiene

  Salon Hygiene is our most important priority and to achieve optimal cleanliness, all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. 

· Lost Property

  We ask clients to look after their property while at Infinity Nails and Beauty Salon, as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended. 

· CCTV 

  Our salon security cameras operate 24/7 for our beauticians and customers’ safety.

  • Salon

✔ We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and the services we offer

✔ We have rearranged our waiting, reception and treatment areas to adhere to social distancing guidelines

✔ All surfaces throughout the salon will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate cleaning


✔ All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after every treatment. This includes all metal instruments, brushes, bowls, and tweezers

✔  One-time use disposable items  will be used where necessary

(Sustainable alternatives kept where possible)

✔ We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible

 

  • OUR TEAM

 

✔ We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner

✔ Staff have been trained to adapt each treatment to uphold best practices, including hygiene and safety

✔ We have arranged social distancing for our team in communal staff areas

✔ Staff are briefed to uphold safe standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception

 

  • OUR TREATMENTS

 

✔ We have reviewed our treatment menu and removed treatments where we felt it necessary to do so

✔ Our therapists will wear gloves, masks and other

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during treatments where required. Therapists will wash their hands before and after every treatment

✔ PPE will be replaced after every treatment

✔ Our therapist will stay with you throughout your treatment – not venturing out of the room – to reduce the need to replace PPE and minimise infection

 

  • GUEST ARRIVAL & RECEPTION

 

✔ We will greet you warmly but without a handshake or personal contact

 

✔ We will stagger customer arrival times to minimize close contact

 

✔ We will clean the reception area regularly

 

✔ Where possible we will escort you straight to the treatment area/room to avoid congestion in waiting areas

✔ Waiting areas will be arranged just for one customer, no accompanying persons and pets allowed

 

✘ No shopping bags, food, snacks and drinks allowed in the salon

✔ We ask that you pay using card or other cashless means where   possible.  (0.50 charge will be applied for each transaction)

 

  • WE ASK YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS

 

✔ To arrive at the time agreed, to maximise social distancing and we check body temperature on your arrival

 

✔ To wash your hands and/or use hand sanitiser as directed by our team and before and after each treatment

✔ To wear face-masks and shoe covers. (we provide both for £1)

✔ To contact us and re-arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell or if any person in your household has the same or is Self-isolating

✘ Do not use mobile phones and gadgets while receiving services

Do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is self-isolating or is displaying symptoms known to be consistent with COVID-19

 

 

 

I.N.B WIFI/Internet Terms and Conditions

 

By using our internet service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet, whether the connection is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. Security issues include, without limitation, interception of transmissions, loss of data, and the introduction or viruses and other programs that can corrupt or damage your computer.

Accordingly, you agree that the owner and/or provider of this network is NOT liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or other devices that result from the transmission or download of information or materials through the internet service provided.

Use of the wireless network is subject to the general restrictions outlined below. If abnormal, illegal, or unauthorized behaviour is detected, including heavy consumption of bandwidth, the network provider reserves the right to permanently disconnect the offending device from the wireless network.

Examples of Illegal Uses

The following are representative examples only and do not comprise a comprehensive list of illegal uses:

1.  Spamming and invasion of privacy – Sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet using the Service or using the Service for activities that invade another’s privacy.

2.  Intellectual property right, violations – Engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary right of any third party.

3.  Accessing illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, equipment, or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate/circumvent security measures of another system. This includes any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration, including, but not limited to, port scans, stealth scans, or other information gathering activity.

4.  The transfer of technology, software, or other materials in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.

5.  Export Control Violations

6.  Using the Service in violation of applicable law and regulation, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, pirating software, or making fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services.

7.  Uttering threats.

8.  Distribution of pornographic materials to minors and child pornography.

Examples of Unacceptable Uses

The following are representative examples only and do not comprise a comprehensive list of unacceptable uses:

1.  High bandwidth operations, such as large file transfers and media sharing with peer-to-peer programs (i.e., Torrents)

2.  Obscene or indecent speech or materials

3.  Defamatory or abusive language

4.  Using the Service to transmit, post, upload, or otherwise making available defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening material or language that encourages bodily harm, destruction of property or harasses another.

5.  Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message.

8.  Distribution of Internet viruses, Trojan horses, or other destructive activities

9.  Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the node or any connected network, system, service, or equipment.

10.  Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software product, product, or service that is designed to violate these Terms of Use, which includes the facilitation of the means to spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, denial of service attacks, and piracy of software.

11.  The sale, transfer, or rental of the Service to customers, clients or other third parties, either directly or as part of a service or product created for resale.

12.  Seeking information on passwords or data belonging to another user.

13.  Making unauthorized copies of proprietary software or offering unauthorized copies of proprietary software to others.

14.  Intercepting or examining the content of messages, files, or communications in transit on a data network.
